- We accept wares for a full refund or exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase.
- All wares must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags.
- If an item is out of stock, or no longer available we will be in touch with the email address associated with the original order so we can process a refund or substitute another ware.
- We can not accept items that have been washed, worn, used for a tug of war match or that have been marked by your mutt. We have the right to send it back or deny the return.

Because of limited inventory during clearance events, all clearance and sale items are final sale, no exchanges or requests for returns will be issued.

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (mugs etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

Some things have to happen RIGHT. NOW. We try our best to meet those needs. Expedited FedEx orders are automatically bumped to the front of our fulfillment queue to assure best possible fulfillment time.
